F3 Wichita is a steadily growing community of high-quality men in our city and surrounding suburbs that understand this world’s need for strong male leadership. The beat downs we host every morning challenge us to step up to the plate even though the modern age has made it so easy to step down.

Disruptor will be a weekend-long, leadership-focused, fitness event. Participants will test, explore, and discover their physical and mental limits through a full schedule of boot camps, rucks, lectures, study, and a wide variety of challenges all outside in beautiful God-made nature.
